1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

This site does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or social media tracking scripts. The only data collected comes from:

• Contact form submissions: If you submit the contact form on the homepage, the information you enter (phone number, name, email address, and message) is sent to our contact email address. This data is not stored in a database on the server.
• Server logs: Web servers automatically record IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser information in standard access logs. These logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not processed for commercial purposes.
• Cookie consent preference: A single key ("cookie_consent") is stored in your browser's localStorage to remember whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice. This value does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to any server.

3. Cookies

This site does not set any first-party or third-party cookies. The cookie consent banner uses localStorage, not cookies. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN; Google may set its own cookies according to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the legal basis for processing contact form data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given by voluntarily submitting the form. Server logs are retained on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for security purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which email correspondence is deleted.
• Server logs: deleted automatically after 14 days.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@mormeldex.eu. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

7. Data Transfers

Contact form submissions are sent by email to an address hosted within the European Economic Area. No personal data is transferred to third countries.

8. Changes to This Policy

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
